CustomRCcars.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order they may return it for a full money back refund within 30 days of invoice date. We will not charge any restocking fees but the customer must pay return shipping charges.
The following terms must be met for a full refund;
- All products must not be used and in brand new condition
- You must contact customer service at (909)266-0156 and upon approval a RMA number will be issued.(return material authorization)

If for any reason the customer suspects defective merchandise we will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer regarding warranty issues or CustomRCcars.com will replace or repair your merchandise if necessary.
The following terms must be met for warranty replacement;
- Contact customer service (909)266-0156 within 30 days of purchase date of suspected defective products.
- Products will be inspected to check if the problem is due to factory defects or misuse.
